MISSION
AND STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
The
mission and purpose of Santa Barbara Books Inc. is to provide
high quality adult-oriented retail services and stores. Towards
this end, S.B. Books, Inc. will:
Provide
customers with a safe and comfortable environment in which
to browse and purchase;
Promote
high quality and safe retail products with a knowledgeable
staff to offer information and insight;
Develop
innovative plans to offer more information to- and solicit
greater feedback from- the consumer;
Encourage,
through openness and understanding, individual and community
acceptance of human sexuality;
Foster
continued development of healthy community relations through
friendly customer service coupled with honest and fair business
practices, and;
Increase
awareness and application of quality business standards and
principles that effect, for the good, our corporation, community,
employees, vendors and customers.
